The spa services of the Gyomaendrődi Liget Spa can be used by adhering to the following rules:
The rules are posted at the main entrance of the spa and can also be found on the website.
- The use of the indoor bath and its outdoor areas may only be done in compliance with the rules of the house rules. The bath operator may refuse service to anyone who does not undertake or comply with the rules. Ignorance of the rules does not exempt bath guests or visitors from complying with them.
- Please follow the instructions of the spa staff and the regulations in the house rules. Anyone who does not comply with the provisions despite the instructions or warnings may be denied access to the service. If necessary, the assistance of an official can be sought for this purpose.
A person performing service activities in the spa (cashier, swimming pool master, etc.) is considered an official person throughout the spa, has the power to take action and is entitled to the legal protection applicable to official persons. - Compliance with the warning and instruction signs is mandatory for all guests.
- In addition to the obligation to comply with the house rules, every guest is obliged to pay special attention to sources of accident risk and to the physical safety of themselves and their fellow guests.
- The operator ensures that the material and personal conditions of operation are continuously ensured. To this end, the operator eliminates any potential sources of danger as soon as possible and closes their location to guests. Guests are required to comply with the regulations for avoiding dangerous situations.
- The spa can be used according to the published opening hours. Tickets can be exchanged no later than one hour before closing. The pools must be left 30 minutes before closing. Other services, e.g. sauna operation may differ from the opening hours, which is published on the operator's website and information board. The spa will notify guests of any extraordinary changes to the opening hours through the usual means (announcement, internet, etc.).
- Entry to the spa area and use of the various services is only possible by paying the applicable service fee. The entrance ticket is only valid for the service for which it was issued.
- The lockers can be used with the key you receive upon entry - against a deposit. When leaving, please hand over the keys to the cashier. We recommend placing all clothing in the lockers. We recommend placing valuables in a safe deposit box, which can be used for a fee.
- The sauna and plunge pool, as well as the relaxation pool experience elements can be used without paying a separate fee - within the announced operating hours. The operator may restrict the use of these services within the opening hours. For example, classes held in the relaxation pool or high occupancy of the sauna. The spa will inform guests about the restriction on site.
- Children under the age of 10 may only enter the spa area under the supervision of a parent or authorized adult, and groups of children may only enter the spa area with a responsible escort.
- The operator does not assume responsibility for any damage resulting from the loss of items left unattended in the spa area (including items placed on hangers in changing rooms and waiting areas).
Please hand in any found items at the cash desk. The rightful owner of the found item can collect the item at the reception desk upon presentation of their ID card and signature, along with proof of ownership. - Please take care of the spa's equipment and furnishings! Anyone who causes damage intentionally or through careless/irresponsible behavior will be required to pay compensation for the damage.
- Any illness or accident occurring in the spa area must be reported immediately to the nearest employee. A trained employee is available to provide first aid to any injury, illness or illness that may occur to the guest. The spa keeps records of accidents. Please provide your details to fill out the “Accident Log” and sign it. The spa has liability insurance and accident insurance. The spa is liable for accidents up to the validity of the accident insurance.
- The bath is not allowed for people suffering from infectious or skin diseases. The bath is not allowed for people with injured bodies. In order to protect the health and physical integrity of the people using the bath services, the following people are not allowed to visit the public bath: those with fever, infectious gastrointestinal and skin diseases, those suffering from convulsive states, loss of consciousness, or diseases with noticeable or extensive pathological changes, those who are drunk, under the influence of drugs or intoxicating drugs.
- In order to comply with health and official regulations and ensure the undisturbed relaxation of bathers, it is not permitted to use the pools without using a pre-shower, to use the pools with a dirty body, or to enter the indoor pool area and outdoor pools without using a footbath.
- Due to the increased risk of slipping in the indoor area of the bath, the use of slippers is MANDATORY. STREET SHOES or street clothes are NOT permitted in the pool area. Only CLEAN SLIPPERS may be used in the bath.
- The pools may only be used in clothing made for bathing purposes. The pools of the spa may ONLY be used in nylon, body-hugging (short or long) swimming trunks, nylon, mid-thigh swimming trunks, swimsuits, bikinis. The pools are FORBIDDEN to be used in cotton, linen clothing, shorts below the knee, pants with a belt, skirts, dresses, or other non-bathing clothing.
- Smoking is prohibited in the entire interior of the spa. Smoking is only permitted outside in designated smoking areas.
- It is forbidden to bring any animals into the spa area.
- It is forbidden to eat in the indoor pool area, use cleaning products, or bring fragile objects inside.
- It is prohibited to disturb the peace of others, behave in a manner that violates public order, disturb the peace of bathers, or listen to or use sound sources in a way that disturbs others.
- It is prohibited to play any game in the pool that disturbs the peace of bathers or endangers your own or others' physical integrity.
- It is prohibited to jump into the water from any point other than the starting stones, or to swim in the therapeutic pools and the adventure pool.
- The deep-water pool can only be used by those who can swim independently. Everyone can use it at their own risk. In case of inadequate swimming skills, the necessary protective equipment is required, and in the case of children, they must be accompanied by an adult who can swim.
- It is forbidden to jump into the pools with a hot body or to swim underwater for a long time.
- To protect children aged 0-6, adults should not be in children's pools. Companions are also FORBIDDEN from putting their feet in children's pools.
- Small children who are not potty trained may only be in the pools wearing a swim diaper.
- Children under the age of 10 may only be in the spa pools with parental supervision.
- The recommended bathing time in the thermal pools is 20 minutes. The thermal pools are not allowed for use by persons under the age of 14.
- A video system is in place to monitor certain areas of the spa.
- Photo and video recordings and journalistic reports are regularly made in the spa area. Unless the Guest provides otherwise, the Service Provider is entitled to publish the recordings later on any channel (typically: internet and television media, printed press, printed material produced by the spa, website, photo and video sharing sites, social media). The Guest has the right to request at the filming/photographing location not to appear in the recordings. In this case, the Service Provider is obliged to make the photos/videos accordingly.
- The bather has the right to raise objections to the method, quality of the service, or the behavior of the service staff. Bath guests can make their comments and complaints in writing in the Customer Book placed at the cash register.
